St Mary's Bolsterstone

The ancient chapel of Bolsterstone was a chapel of ease to St Nicholas' Bradfield until 1870 when it became a separate parish.

The present church of St Mary was built in 1879, though there has been a succession of churches on this site down through the centuries.

Records of Baptisms and Burials began in 1736, Marriages are recorded from 1868.
