Society Meetings & Activities

The Society holds a local meeting on the 3rd Monday of each month (except August and December) at 7.30pm at Cemetery Road Baptist Church, Sheffield. Non members are always welcome. Access to the building is from the Napier Street entrance.  Parking is available in the supermarket car park opposite the entrance to the church.

We usually enjoy an illustrated talk by a visiting speaker on an aspect of family or local history.  There is plenty of opportunity to discuss family history with other members and share any problems you may have with your research. Members and visitors also have the chance to peruse the Society bookstall over a cup of tea or coffee.
